Q. Why are people nasty?

A. Good question. I think that people can get into bad habits when they are children. They may feel that the only way they can get what they need is by being angry or even violent. We have to do two things. We have to make them realise that being nasty is not the only way to get what you need - you can talk to people, persuade them. And we have to stand up to bullies together and make them realise that this way of doing things will not work.
