Q. Where do all the bad drugs come from?

A. This question makes me wonder whether we have ?good drugs??? In the medical sense I guess good drugs are medicines that help you get healthy and in charge of yourself and bad drugs are those that make you unwell and lose control. This could be the same pill - it?s how it?s used that makes the difference. And then many things can be bad drugs - not just heroin and cocaine, but alcohol, gambling, sex?. Bad drugs are those we use to escape from ourselves and our responsibilities and allow them to take us over. Not surprising then that they often become big business and make lots of money for people who sell them and aren?t bothered what effect they have - except to make them rich.
